My Dear Father,

I am very much obliged to you for sending me Rs. 1000/= by Money-order but the same is not enough to meet the expenses. I paid the School fees and the rent of the house. I have now nothing with me and stand in need of money.

It is very cold here and I can not do without an overcoat. Moreover I have it buy some important books because I have to prepare myself for the examination. Therefore, I request you to send me at least 5001= as soon as possible.
