We see them in narrow streets, public highways, outside luxurious hotels, on railway platforms, inside trains, outside mosques, in market places, in front of law courts. We see them singly or in groups. There re all kinds of them-ugly, diseased, deformed, blind, deaf, lame, dumb. Some of them are quite healthy and if they want to do work, they can, but they prefer to beg.
