Sir,

My sister’s marriage is next week. I am the only brother to my sister. I will be busy making arrangements for the marriage along with my parents.

There are so many things to do in connection with the marriage. Besides this is the first marriage at our home. We are quite inexperienced in this regard. I want to share work with my father so that it is not a complete burden on him.

Kindly grant me a week’s leave from October 15 to 21,2014.
