Dear Sir,

The wrong calls have become a permanent source of trouble to phone users. These calls keep coming all the time. Although most of the people are using CLI for identification, but the continuous ringing of the phone is very teasing.

There is no time for wrong phone calls. It might be midnight or early morning. In fact, the wrong phone calls keep coming all the time. People have become a permanent victim of such calls. Besides, the mobile phone companies themselves keep sending messages round the clock.

The concerned authorities should look into the matter and release phone users from this tension.
