Types / Causes of Industrial Prejudice
There are some common causes discussed in following lines.

1. Difference of Status
Difference of status between tow person, or groups (industrial). The status difference creates the superiority complex in one person or group and on the other hand inferiority complex is other. That creates prejudice.

2. Earning difference
Earning difference among the colleges of the same company may causes prejudice when they corner to know their different salaries and specially when the person who gets more earning than others and specially when someone shows his economics superiority either by appearance or oral statements. Such behavior cause and create the prejudice among the peoples.

3. Behavior management
Sometimes the behavior of manager/ supervisor or nay other officer or officials create the prejudice in lower staff due their discouraging behavior specially whenever or person is given preference on other not because of his own qualities but the personnel links with the officer it creates the prejudice negatively is the remaining staff.

4. Prejudice due to different religion /cost
It observed readily in many complains and institutions that whenever two or more different groups work
together usually by to blame the other because different or even opposing costs / religion or sects. And even one groups does not intend to do so the other would think that such and such person or groups may be harmful to them in any point. So the prejudice is created and even some time it is found just imagery while it become destructive somewhere sometimes. Actually it is frustration, the internal frustration of peoples that do not allow them and even other to prosper fearlessly.

5. Imposing guilt to other
Everyone wants to escape from his committed sin and psychologically sick peoples not only want to refrain from their guilt, but also they impose their guilt to others. It is seen in the history that many people tend to transfer their own faults, guilt and seven sin to other not only to refrain from the punishment but also to evolve those peoples belonging to the other religious sects or politically different groups. And as well as the mighty peoples usually transfer their wrong doings to their sub-ordinates or lower staff members who cannot resist against.

6. Prejudice due to social status
Whenever somebody maintains his contacts to those why belong to a gentry that can be called a high gentry because of wealth designation, political approach that actually tends to be a part of that glorious life. And at the sometime he cuts of his social relations of form those peoples who are known as lower gentry people due to their social value or political un influential this behavior becomes an ultimate cause to create the prejudice that is social prejudice developed only by the un beaver able behaviors of someone to others. Hence the peoples associated with industries are also divided into various glasses that grouping become root cause of tussle, conflicts and prejudice in the industries.

7. Prejudice due to reproaching Behavior
As the many companies implemented a rule to wear a uniform, Although it is a good thing but sometimes such good things become the symbol of hate as the senior staff is distingue from the juniors by color variation of in uniform even sometime all the employees of a company wear multi color uniforms due to their different designations such as the supervisors color is different than the senior technicians color of uniform and technicians are further distinguished form the contract employees, and all other are distinguished from the sweepers, sanitary workers etc. so, the ultimate result of this become prominent as the formation of various groups in staff. And the staff members are reproached by their uniforms in this way uniform which is a good implementation becomes a symbol on haltered, and prejudice become rooted.
