The Hawk Pleaded for Mercy
Short Story on "The Hawk Pleaded for Mercy"
Once a hawk was chasing a pigeon. But unluckily, he was caught in a net spread by a hunter. The hawk tried his best to cut of the net. He tried very hard but it was of no use. He looked at the hunter and said” dear sir, why have you caught me? I haven’t done any harm to you. So, why don’t you leave me?”
The hunter looked at him and laughed. ”I wanted to tell the same thing to you”, he said,” what harm had the pigeon to you? I am not going to free you now. You must pay for your wrong doings.
