Dear sir,

We beg to bring to your notice that in the Moore Street, Frere Road no provision has been made by the Municipal Corporation for a dust-bin with the result that all refuse from the neighboring houses is dumped by the roadside.

We fear a break-out of epidemics if the present state of affairs is not Promptly remedied, more so because the rains have set in. We would, therefore, request the favor of your kindly supplying a dustbin and issuing such instructions as will make the throwing of rubbish outside impossible.
