Short Story on "The Dove and the Bee"
One day, a bee was feeling very thirsty. It want to a stream to drink water but the waves swept her away. A dove was sitting close by, in her nest. When she saw the bee drowning, she decided to help it she broke off a leaf from the tree and dropped it in the water, near the bee. The bee climbed the floating leaf, dried its wings and flew away. t was thankful to the kind dove.
It so happened that after a few days a hunter reached there. When he saw the dove sitting in her nest, he loaded his gun and aimed at the innocent bird.educationsight.blogspot.com The same bee was flying close by. It saw the hunter and realised that the dove’s life was in danger. She flew to the hunter and stung him on the hand just at the moment when he pulled the tiger. The bullet missed its target and the dove flew away safely.
Moral: “Kindness never goes unrewarded.”
