Sir,

I am leaving the school due to my father’s transfer to another city. I have also been playing for the school cricket team as a captain.

I also took part in every sport event of my school. For instance, I took part in badminton, table tennis, football and athletics. I have studied in this school for eight years. I have not missed any sport activity during my schooling here.

I therefore, request you to issue me the transfer certificate/sports/character certificate so that I can take admission into a new school.
