Complaining against insanitary conditions in locality
The Examination Hall,

To,
The Health Officer,
K.M.C.
Sir,
I would like to draw your kind attention towards the most insanitary conditions in our locality. There is no proper arrangement of drainage system. The sweepers and the water carriers who are responsible for the cleanliness of our streets ore most irregular and rude, above all, they work according to their own convenience. They come to our streets perhaps once or twice a week.
The result is that heaps of rubbish and dirt which breed mosquitoes are to be found all over the locality. The dirty water containing filth and rubbish flows over the drains and spreads in all the streets. They give out a very foul smell which causes a great trouble to the residents of this locality. This results in diseases like malaria, typhoid and cholera.
I have already brought the deplorable condition of my locality to the notice of the concerned Sanitary Inspector of this locality but he is the most irresponsible and negligent official and pays no attention towards our this problem.
I shall be very thankful to you if you take some prompt action to save this locality from falling into the grip of any epidemic.
Thanking you in anticipation,
Yours faithfully,
(X.Y.Z.)
