The Camel

Poem : "The Camel" - Margery Hart

The camel is a funny thing,
His back is round and humpy,
And Nanny says he’s just like me
On days when I am grumpy.

I really don’t know what she means,
And p’raps I’m just as happy,
In case it is not very nice
And merely means she’s snappy!
